Reporting to the Network Support Lead, the Network Support Administrator has a primary responsibility to respond to Honda’s parts queries and liaise with the Ownership Experience & Customer Service divisions to fulfil network requirements. The role is required to demonstrate an exceptional customer experience during all interactions with the Honda dealer network, 3rd parties and MPE Associates, developing and maintaining positive relationships when responding to queries or processing/controlling manual credits. In addition to supporting Supply Chain projects across all function areas.
How you'll make an impact:
- Respond to all parts' delivery related phone and email enquiries from dealers and other parties
- Process Credit requests in-line with Honda Policies
- Handle second level Parts track and trace freight inquiries from dealers liaising with transport companies
- Process parts sales orders including 3rd party order management
- Respond to Dealer Support network queries in a timely manner
- Action all stakeholder requests and interactions with positivity and a solutions-based approach
- Liaise with carriers, warehouse or other internal departments to resolve issues and adequately respond to queries
- Deliver the Honda Experience in a professional manner, through all forms of communication with customers
What you'll bring to Honda:

- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience in Salesforce and SAP will be highly regarded
