This role offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in

  • Assist in building and assembling wooden frameworks for cool rooms, refrigeration units, and structural supports.
  • Help install doors, panels, and shelving systems to specification.
  • Measure, cut, and prepare timber and other materials for assembly.
  • Work on bespoke carpentry elements tailored to specific client requirements.
  • Support routine inspections and repairs of wooden elements in existing refrigeration systems.
  • Learn to interpret technical drawings and schematics for accurate construction and assembly.
  • Assist in on-site installations, ensuring all work adheres to safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring the workspace remains clean and organized.
  • Follow workplace health and safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in formal training sessions and gain hands-on experience to develop carpentry skills.

  • Pays attention to measurements and finishes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Shows a proactive attitude, taking opportunities to enhance skills and contribute to projects.
  • White Card and valid driver's license
