This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience in:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and schedule jobs.
  • Prepare invoices and track payments.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with daily office tasks and admin support.
  • Help manage social media and marketing updates.

What we're looking for:

  • Customer service experience (Desired)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident in dealing with people
  • Reliable and punctual individual who is willing and keen to learn
