Our client specializes in metal fabrication services, which includes custom metalwork, welding, and structural steel fabrication. Currently seeking a Boiler Maker Apprentice, the successful candidate will work toward a Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication.
91¹ÙÍø the role:
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in
- The use of hand and power tools in a correct and safe manner
- General industrial installation duties
- Cutting, bending, and polishing stainless-steel and aluminum
- Learning to interpret technical drawings
- Welding, manufacture or fabricate products per specification
- Assisting tradesmen
- General workshop duties
What We're Looking For:
- Punctual, reliable and energetic with a strong work ethic
- A team player with high attention to detail and good communication skills
- A valid drivers license and a vehicle
- Able to successfully pass a police check
- Holds a valid white card
- Basic understanding of hand & power tool operations
- Fault finding and problem solving abilities
