We are currently looking for an engineering (metal fabrication) apprenticeÌýto join the team.Ìý
Working with qualified and skilledÌýengineersÌýyou will gain valuable hands on experience, mentoring and support. Ìý
Duties will involve: Ìý
- Performing engineering measurementsÌý
- Apply Welding/Fabrication practices & principlesÌý
- Use workshop machines for basic operationsÌý
- Carry out mechanical cuttingÌý
- ​Apply principles of occupational health and safety in the work environmentÌý
The successful candidate will:ÌýÌý
- Be a confident communicatorÌý
- Be able to undertake manual/physical workÌý
- Motivated with a genuine interest in the welding/fabricationÌýindustryÌý
- Be trustworthy and reliableÌý
- ​Have a high level of attention to detailÌý
Suitable applicants must have a genuine interest in pursuing fabrication as a career path, be motivated and willing to work hard to get trade qualified.
The successful candidate will undergoÌýCertificate III in Engineering. The successful candidate will be starting 13/01/2025.
To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
