WeÌýhave a position for a trainee dental assistant to join the team! We are located at 495 Hampton Street in Hampton, in a modern state of the art practice.Ìý
We are looking for a candidate who is wanting to gain practical on the job experience, whilst receiving extensive training (and a certificate III) in dental assisting.ÌýThis is an excellent career opportunity with a cohesive and friendly team that provides excellent service and impacts the community.
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:Ìý
- Reception duties, including scheduling appointmentsÌý
- Meeting and greeting clients into the officeÌý
- Taking HICAPS and EFTPOS paymentsÌý
- Preparing patients & facilities for dental treatmentÌý
- Chair side assistingÌý
- Maintaining stockÌý
- ³§³Ù±ð°ù¾±±ô¾±³ú²¹³Ù¾±´Ç²ÔÌý
- Infection controlÌý
- Manage office supplies stock and place ordersÌý
The successful candidate will be:Ìý

- High attention to detailÌý
- Strong organisational skillsÌý
- Previous experience in this field will be highly regarded, however not essential.Ìý
- Available Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and the occasional Wednesday or Thursday.
