We are currently seeking an enthusiastic 1st, 2nd or 3rd year apprentice butcher to join our small team. Ìý
We are a small family oriented community butcher store with retail and wholesale trade. ÌýThis makes us a perfect place for you to learn. ÌýYouÌýwill be working closely with the owner of the business who will provide you with valuable hands on experience, mentoring and support.ÌýÌý
We trade 6 days a week (Mon to Sat) with a rotating weekend roster.Ìý
Your main duties include but not limited to:Ìý
- Prepare, slice and trim meat products Ìý
- Sausage making Ìý
- Prepare primal cutsÌý
- Produce and sell value-added productsÌý
- Providing great customer service
- Apply hygiene and sanitation practices to WHS StandardsÌý
