We are looking for a Certificate 3 Beauty Therapist Traineeto join our busy team.
At Posh Lash And Beauty, we pride ourselves on offering our clients premium quality lash andbrow services in our beautifully South East Melbournesalon.
No beauty experience is necessary for this role, but would be an advantage. We will provide all trainingneeded.
If you have a love of all things lashes & brows, you genuinely care about making people feel good about themselves and you enjoy working in a team environment, you will thrivein this position
Providing beauty treatments to clients:

Lash extensions - volume, hybrid and classic

Lash lifting
-
Lash and brow tinting (including hybrid brow dye and henna)

Brow lamination
Customer Service:
-
Greeting clients
-
Answering the phone
-
Making appointments, rescheduling, cancelling and rebooking

Providing information to clients about our services and products
-
Upselling treatments and products
-
Selling retail items
-
Confirming appointments and sending electronic forms to clients

Follow up with clients
Training:
-
Undertake all study requirements for Certificate 3 traineeship

Undertake all on-site & off-site training for all beauty services we provide in the salon
Minimum requirements:

Have fantastic customer service skills

Thrives on building relationships with people (salon management, other team members & clients)

You enjoy learning and upskilling

You love a team environment and working together, see the success and growth of the business

You have a “can-do” attitude and don’t like letting people down

Are interested in attending industry events and ongoing training
