NBS Metal Roofing is a locally owned company established in 2006. We deliver a premium and extensive range of quality services to our local community of Cairns as well as surrounding remote areas.
We do all aspects of metal roofing. This includes domestic and commercial buildings, new and replacement roofs, roof maintenance and remote roofing work. ÌýÌý
Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Follow conditions set out in the Company employment contract
- Follow conditions set out in the apprenticeship Training Contract
- Work towards the competencies set out in the apprenticeship Training Plan
- Attend scheduled RTO training blocks
- Maintain work evidence and training log book
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Follow WHS obligations
Skills & Experience
- Hold a valid Work Safely in Construction card or be prepared to obtain ticket
- Hold a valid Working at Heights ticket or be prepared to obtain ticket
- Hold a valid Australian drivers licence & access to reliable transport
- Excellent work ethic with a focus on getting the job done
- Team player with ability to manage time and work effectivelyÌý
- Good positive attitude, punctual, reliable
- Physical capacity to meet the demands of the job
- Commitment to safety
Must live locally or able to relocate to Cairns.
