George's Gourmet Meats are currently looking for an apprentice butcher to join our company. Open to school-based, juniors and mature aged.

• We are a small gourmet butcher shop that has recently opened
• We provide the highest quality products and exceptional customer service
• Flexible roster available with one weekend day required.

Duties will involve:Ìý

• Customer service
• Preparing meat products including mince and sausages
• Smoking hams, bacons and smallgoods
• Breaking down lambs, pigs and chickens
• Preparing gourmet and value added products
