Trader House restaurants are looking for new apprentice chefs.
You will have the opportunity to refine your skills in one of McConnell's acclaimed restaurants - learn from a professional team that is innovative and creative, within one of Australia's leading restaurant groups.
You will train under highly driven, professional chefs who are committed to creating the best quality food, and nurturing talent within their teams. We want to develop you to be our next head chef.
You will gain access to the sought after "Monday Kitchen Sessions", training masterclasses with renowned chefs and suppliers. We have built great relationships with chefs, local farmers and specialised suppliers that come to talk about their craft. This gives you the opportunity to learn directly from the source.
