Prefer a 1st, 2nd or 3rd year apprentice but talk to applicants who wish to start an apprenticeship or are in their fourth year.
The successful applicant will be trained in all aspects on becoming a fully qualified retail butcher.
- This includes breaking and preparing all animals for retail display.
- Making sausages from the beginning to a finished display product.
- Manufacturing various smallgoods, includingÌýham, bacon, cabana, and jerky.
